This is a short hike of about 1.5 km in total and 50 m ascent to the Crnodolski (Crndolski) Waterfall near Pehchevo. It was about a 20 minute drive on a narrow asphalt road from our accommodation at Villa River in Pehchevo to the Crnodolski waterfall. We first visited the Spikovski waterfall which is 1.5 km earlier on the same road.
The sign next to the waterfall says the following:
“The Crndolski Waterfall is named after its location – Crn Dol, one of the right tributaries of the river Ravna. The arranged walking trail that leads to this waterfall, with a length of approximately 400 m, is equipped with many gazebos and places where visitors can rest, and it is quite appropriate for walking. The water of this waterfall falls from a height of 5 m.”
The mentioned walking trail and benches are in much better condition than those of the Spikovski Waterfall. The are several BBQs as well.
