Several of the houses are abandoned. The houses have a typical rural Macedonian look. It is a nice village to see the rural aspect of Macedonia if you are in Ohrid, because you can easily reach Ramne by road from Ohrid.
Not far from Ramne is the Church of St Atanasia. When we arrived here, we were very lucky since there were some festivities at the church. We just took shelter for a moment because it started to rain, and before we knew it we had plates with abundant food, beer and rakija in front of us. I love Macedonian hospitality!
