Church of St Nikola Drimeni

Close to Lake Ohrid and the first bridge over the river (the Poets’ Bridge), and west from the river Crni Drim, you will find a tiny church dedicated to St Nikola. When the church was built, they found the foundations of an unknown older church. Directions: N41.175188 E20.677606

Church of St Dimitrija

This small church dedicated to St Dimitrija (Demetrius) is located directly at one of the main roads, a bit west of the center of Struga. It was built in recent times. Address: Marshal Tito. Directions: N41.17694 E20.67178

Church of St Petka

The church dedicated to St Petka is found south of the center of Struga, on the west side of the river Crni Drim. Address: Boro Hadzhieski .Directions: N41.18144 E20.67775

Mustafa Pasha Mosque

The Mustafa Pasha Mosque in Struga is located close to the town square on the east bank of the Crni Drim river. Close to the mosque you can find the ruins of an amam and the Monument of the RevolutionThere are some old Turkish graves on the grounds of the mosque. Address: Town Square / Marshal Tito Street

Halveti Hayati Hasan Baba Teke

This mosque is a bit further to the east from the Mustafa Pasha Mosque, on the east side of the river Crni Drim. In between these two mosques you can find the ruins of an amam. The Halveti Hayati Teke (a Teke is a muslim monastery) is one of the most representative examples of Ottoman architecture in Struga and it is protected by the Macedonian Cultural Memorial Institute. The Teke was established by Hasan Baba in the beginning of the 18th century and consists of five rooms in the shape of the letter T. Address: Turistichka Street. Mosque

This mosque is located not far from Lake Ohrid on the east bank of the ricer Crni Drim. We had a look inside, of course after taking off our shoes.We had heard somewhere that there were the remains of an older mosque inside the mosque, but the remains turned out just to be a few old stones in the wall of the new mosque.
