Bogdantsi

On our way from Star Dojran to Gevgelija we passed through the village Bogdanci. The Church of St Atanasij Veliki (St Athanasius the Great) in the city park immediately drew our attention with its remarkable clock tower.

The church was built in the first half of the 19th century and has been restored several times. The new church bell was made in 1984. Interestingly, the Church of St Cyril and Methodius in Gevgelija has a similar clock tower.Address: Marshal Tito; Directions: N41.20391 E22.57633

Town Hall

The town hall of Bogdanci is located opposite from the Church of St Atanas the Great.
Although Bogdanci is a very small village, they have a free map of the town that you can get at the town hall. Address: Marshal Tito
